Chain Single Leg Finish
Three finishes, one entry.
Fighters defend a single leg by limping, whizzering or hopping - each defense opens a different finish. Chaining them means their defense hands you the takedown.
Standard folkstyle chain wrestling adapted for the cage wall.
The breakdown
- 1
Lock the high single
Head inside, hands cupped behind the knee, their foot pinned between your thighs.
- 2
Run the pipe
If they hop away, drive your shoulder across their center and turn the corner in that direction.
- 3
Answer the whizzer
If they overhook and drive down, switch to the far ankle and dump them backward.
- 4
Elevate against the fence
If they post on the fence, lift the knee to your chest and step your outside foot deep to trip the base leg.
